Cybertrol will administer all ongoing software license renewals, version upgrades (for software under support), and patching as well as applicable hardware renewals and updates. With our Production System Backup, powered by Veeam's Backup and Replication software, we ensure the correct operation and security of 25x virtual machines for one year, safeguarding your critical data and systems. For enhanced security, we manage and support Duo Multi-factor Authentication for 20x users annually, with the flexibility to add more users as needed through a change order. At Cybertrol, we take care of the details, even handling the procurement of the Rockwell Automation TechConnect agreement for you.
For any incident unable to be resolved via remote support, a member of the Cybertrol team will be on-site to assess the situation and reach a solution. Our support contracts include an annual planning and review meeting to review previous diagnostic reports, training updates of staff on any requested technologies, and potential future projects and planning. We will also provide technical support for both control system and software/server issues. Our team is always ready to assist you, from routine maintenance to critical support.
